| Why would they sell it back to themselves? Just because a company is run by scilons doesn't mean it only caters to them. They are selling the building through an OT8's company. That is all. |

| Barb, there's no way they'd sell the building to a Scilon. Even in this market, if there was any one Scilon in San Diego with the cash to buy it they would have sunk that money into the ideal org. I'd bet anything that when they eventually sell the property, THAT'S where the money is going to go. |

Besides that, I doubt the can sell it in the condition it is.
