Good news guys, but we need a few things for it -
ABSOLUTE MUST NEEDED1) BANNERS FOR SIDE - Zak, were you still handling this one? If you still have the one from Party Hard, we can reuse it, let me know if you need help.
WE STILL NEED ONE MORE BANNER FOR THE OTHER SIDE OF THE VAN - Dimensions are 5 feet by AT LEAST 10 FEET to fit on the van panelling. Easiest way to make one is to get some fabric thats 60" wide and 3 yards long. This can be found at virtually any wal-mart, as bedsheets are too small, even King sized.
EDIT - We have the original banner from Party Hard, and we also have one for either the front or the back of the bus, anyone willing to get together Friday night and make a second one? It doesn't need to be nearly as elaborate. I was thinking a large XENU.NET with an anon suit, fairly simple to make stencils out of with large butcher paper.
2) STEREO - Taken care of, bringing again from 3/15
3) MUSIC - Taken care of, bringing again from 3/15
4) 12v to AC adapter - Taken care of, bringing again from 3/15
This is the bare minimum. What we would like to have is as follows:1) Someone with an Ipod with headphone - RCA jacks adapter cord - to keep the CD from skipping. Let me know if you can do this and I can rapidshit all my music collection to you from Party Hard
EDIT: WE HAVE THIS. I now has a new 2gb MP3 player loaded with musics from party hard since people said my soundtrack was badass. Lots of video game remixes as well, including all the classics that you love (and the scilons no doubt fucking HATE by now)
2) Walkie Talkies/2 way radios - These are going to be needed if we want to have a chance in hell of finding a spot for the van to park. Downtown Horton gets very busy and we want to make sure we can park the van right in front of the CoS and/or the protest for logistics support. This leads us to...
3) Spotters! There are two levels of spotter that we need.
A) The first is for someone (agreeably the one with the walkie talkie) to let the driver of the van know where to park, or if a space opens up. This is very important as gas ain't cheap and if I'm going to be driving I'd rather be Rickrolling the CoS
B) Parkers. As you know, during Reconnect, the scifags had two Uhauls and their yellow van across the street, preventing any vehicles from parking there. While we didn't have the van last time, we might very well have them expecting it again this time, or even having them block off various ares of the protest.
The plan is to have two or even three people (at the least one) who would be willing to park across the street about an hour or two before the protest, ideally at 10AM. Go get food, do whatever, make sure you come back to put more money in the meter. This would keep a space open for the van that the Scifags could not block. If we have TWO vehicles parked there, with a space in between them, it ties up 3 spaces that the Scilons can't use, as the Uhauls cannot park without at least two or three spaces, while the partyvan can.
Ideas - switch out your license plates, or if we can get any, PUT DEALER PLATES ON YOUR CAR, make it look like you just bought the thing from a used car lot. This is to prevent being namefagged, and would work quite well. If you use dealer plates, keep the real ones in your car in case the scifags decide to get the police to look into it.
The ideal thing that we would love to have someone do that would be the safest would be to rent a car for the day. Anyone over 25 willing to do it? The scilons won't be able to get your information from the rental without a police subpoena.
One final option would be for somone who's been previously namefagged to be able to park there. I doubt that's happening though as we've all been a bit TOO careful to avoid being namefagged, which is a good thing.
If you would be willing to do this or help out with this, please PM me, I do NOT want the plans being discussed openly here in case the scilons find this, and I won't be posting it on enturb for this same reason as we know they watch there.
4) Trashbags! Sorry guys, but you made a mess of the fucking place on 3/15. If we're not going to take our trash to the dumpster the least we can do is make sure we have a place to dispose of it. We'll grab a few before hand.

The Wog Bus will have the donation box there again, every bit helps, and as a reminder, ALL PROCEEDS COLLECTED GO TOWARDS GREGG'S LEGAL FUND, or if he wishes and Graham Berry is going to do this pro bono, to funding at least one of the several plans we have for CCI. We have 2 for sure we want to make happen, with a third one that might be able to be pulled of, depending on time, legality, and resources.
