Communication

Howdy everybody. I'm shedding my usual shitty personality to compel you all to take a look at how we run things. Currently for San Diego anon we have a couple ways of communicating.

The website serves as a way to (very sporadically) update people at large about major events.

The forum serves as a place for us to plan protests, raids, introduce ourselves, share info... you know. Everything.

The global forum serves as a repository for information to and from us.

We have an IRC channel that allows us immediate communication and a place to unwind.

Is this enough? I'm going to shortly propose another method but I want to know if anyone else feels like there is another way the internet can help us communicate.

The reason I bring this up is because not all of us have a lot of time, or want to check a million websites. Some of us prefer some methods of communication over others. I think the best way to keep people involved is to use as many mediums as possible to engage people.

Humor is great and all but this is something I'm serious about. I would really like to use this thread to figure out some novel ways we can stay in touch. Other cells use social networking (http://ning.com) and twitter (http://twitter.com) and we can too without too much effort.
